| A presentation of the literal, grammatical, and historical approach to studying the Scriptures, with an emphasis on special hermeneutical problems, such as figures of speech, typology, and modern criticism. An introduction to the priniciples of inductive Bible study with an emphasis on general hermeneutics and the use of tools fro independent Bible study. An interactive seminar designed to lead the student to a solid understanding of and a refined ability to speak concerning the doctine of salvation These two books--Daniel and Revelation, are studied together, with an emphasis on prophecy and its unfolding in the past, present and future ages. A study of Christianity from the first century to the Reformation and from the Reformation to the present day with emphasis on the major theological developments and on significant leaders and events.
